Need help w/ questions to ask students about teacher...

I am working on a scrapbook for my DD's Kindergarten teacher -

The teacher is not going to be in class tomorrow, so I am going to go in and be able to sit with each student and ask them like 4 or questions each - I will then put the answers on their page in the scrapbook -

Any ideas on what questions I should ask?

Why not ask some of these:
What do you like most about Mrs. .?
What do you remember most about kindergarten?
What is your favorite center activity?
What is your funniest memory?
Other cute ideas are have the kids make a recipe for something, like a summer food....then you write what they say in their words...it comes out so funny. A class of mine did this for me on how to cook a turkey. I still have it 12 years later!

I am doing one too!
here are the questions I had them answer;
1. What was your favorite snack
2. Favorite book
3. Favorite activity
4. Favorite color

I typed that up with each child's name. Then I made school lined paper on card stock and used a kindergarten font and asked;
What do you like best about Ms. *****. The children were told to use a black pen and use inventive spelling (big in our school district).
