Need Help Using Movie Reward Points for Enchanted Calls

Help! I used some of my Disney movie reward points for Enchanted Calls for my DS9 and DD5. I have the code they e-mailed me, but when I schedule the calls and try to check out, the form keeps asking for an expiration date and won't let me? I'm sure there's something I'm not doing correctly---can anyone help me?

We're down to the double digits--my kids' first trip!!

I had the same problem when I used my movie rewards for enchanted calls at christmas time. I e-mailed support@uvox.net. I told them what problem I was having and when I wanted my calls scheduled and they set them up for me. Good Luck!
