Ok we have all our ADR's... now we are running into some trouble. We have our schedule and our dining plan is only 5 credits each(because we are staying 6 days/5 nights) Right now the way its planned we will have to pay for 2 meals out of pocket. What do you think we should cut to save money?

Sunday(arrival) Chef mickeys dinner
Monday(MK) Crystal Palace(cant cut-10th ann. dinner-WTP is my fav!)
Tuesday(epcot) Akershus for breakfast
Coral Reef for dinner
Wednesday(DHS) 50's primetime(pay oop if dont cut anything)
THursday(AK) 1900 Park Fare
Friday morning Lilo and stitch BF breakfast(pay oop if dont cut anything)

Any suggestions?

I think the ones you have listed as maybes are the ones to cut. Or pick one of them to pay OOP and cut the other.
Here's my thoughts.. there is so very much to do and see and experience on a Disney trip that even though it feels like a loss I doubt you will even notice not having one or two meals on your list. 50's prime time is alright.. but not a "must do" IMO.
We are in the same boat.. we just had to cut something and I cut our last day breakfast as well. I can get breakfast much cheaper OOP at a CS place and do a few more of our favorite attractions before we leave.
:)

I know every time we go we end up skipping one or two ADR's because we're either too tired, or too busy, or just want to go someplace else. So I'd keep all your ADR's.

Generally, breakfasts are the lowest-costs meals, except when you're paying extra for photos, etc. So that's where we'd pay OOP. Unless you are willing to share an entree or order appetizers as a meal at a dinner or lunch, which is another possibility to save money OOP.

Thanks. I think we may just keep these ADRs and play it by ear. I know we are staying CL at the Poly so that is a big help there

Good advice. If you're going to pay OOP, the breakfasts are generally less expensive.

We always eat breakfast in our hotel room. I bring paper bowls, plastic spoons, napkins, cereal and packets of oatmeal and we purchase juice, milk, bottled water and fresh fruit, etc. from a local grocery store. It saves precious park time AND money. :)

I'd cut 50's Primetime because I don't like being interrupted constantly while I eat. Entertainment for me should be after dinner, not during. And I'm paying OoP for Crystal Palace since it's the least expensive of all our meals, especially with a lower tip because of buffet. Good luck!

if you're staying CL (concierge level?) at the Poly, I'd skip the restaurant breakfasts entirely...you'll get a fine breakfast in the CL room: coffee/tea, pastries, fruit, cereal, etc. Why pay even more for breakfast elsewhere. Part of the cost of staying CL is to cover the extra food so why not use it all?

I don't like two sit-down meals in one day, so I would cut Coral Reef. Then I would cut either 1900 Park Faire or Ohana breakfast because I would be tired of character meals by then, but that's just me.

I also don't care for Stitch, so that would be an easy choice for me.

 Somehow I missed that you were staying CL! You definitely can forego the breakfasts, then, unless you have your heart set on character breakfasts.
