Need help to post a picture

Am trying to post a picture of my x-stitch work on the Crafts Board, and am having difficulty.
Do I understaqnd correctly that I am unable to post unless I have a website? Can't I just insert a JPEG image in my message?

Any and all help is appreciated!

You have to save your jpg file onto a web site somewhere then link to it using the img tag.
