Need help/someone who knows FL well!

I am coming to Florida to help a friend who is very ill. She lives in Palm Coast north of Daytona Beach. I am flying into MCO because it is spring break and all the good airfares were gone. Anyway, she cannot drive. I have a way to her house, but I need to find a shuttle back to Orlando. Is there a shuttle company that will pick you up at your residence and take you to the airport that far away? It is about a 90 minute ride.

Or maybe I could get a ride to Daytona Beach airport and then shuttle over to MCO??? Any sugggestions?

Could you rent a car? I am sure what you are trying to do is expensive.
