Need help selling tix

I need advice on the best way to sell some Disney tickets. A friend gave me 4 one day, one park tickets and 5 4 day hopper tickets. We were going to go and use them but things came up and we can't go. These tickets expire 12/31/05.

I was thinking about listing them on ebay. I am afraid of accepting paypal for the tickets in case the buyer(s) tried to say they did not receive them or something and do a chargeback.

Anyone have any ideas on the best way to sell them? I am not looking to get more than they are worth, of course. I am hoping for 75-80% of value just so I can purchase replacement tix for the next time we get to go. Any advice would be welcomed and appreciated.

You would be lucky to get that much for the one day one park tickets. You might be able to get a good amount on Ebay for the park hoppers though. Why do they expire? Most of the time Disney tickets do not expire until after they are activated. Make sure this is the case before you sell them, because you might be able to use them later.

I am sure they expire. They are comp tix from my friend's company and I hate to see them wasted. Just looking for ideas here. Thanks

Does your friend work for the Walt Disney Company in some way? ie, ABC tv, ABC Radio, or any other branch? If so and they are Walt Disney Comp tickets, you can not sell them. If you do and your friend's employer finds out, he or she will lose their job. The friend is responsible for the tickets even after they are given to someone else.

If it's another employer other than a Disney owned one, you can disregard this.
