Need help requesting mickey heads

This is the first time I am posting even though I read the boards all the time. My family is going to disney in June for DS 9th birthday. I am looking for someone to make mickey heads with names so we can wear them on his birthday. Here is the list
Mickey head with character on the side. Goofy with Pop Goofy with Nick
Donald with Chris Donald with Mike Pooh with Grandmom Mickey with Mom
