need help removing virus

I got a virus on my computer sunday, AVG says it's called Vundo, and AVG doesn't seem to be removing. Anyone know how to get rid of this one?

You can also try re-setting your computer using the system tools found under accessories. Choose System Restore and a date about a month ago. Doesn't always work but it's what Symantec told me to do when I had a problem virus and it worked.

I use ComboFix, it'll get rid of basically anything. I've used it to get a vundo virus off before.

Don't know if it will work for this specific virus, but "system restore" has worked a few times for me. Good luck.

Another one for "system restore" I just reset DS's computer yesterday and do it all the time as he gets virus' all the time.

Thanks everyone. I think I got out the vundo virus. Then I also had something called privacy guard 2009, that was a real pain in the butt to get out too, but I think after 2 days of working on them, my computer is clean!!
