Need help! Recent ROFR offers? !!UPDATE!!

Just an FYI....my ROFR took 29days....haven't heard many taking that long but it just about killed me...

Maybe I should have a countdown clock for 30 days from now...
Are they business or calendar days? I didn't read the fine print carefuly enough, I guess.

Never could get a straight answer on the business or calendar....Closing company said buisness, Disney says 30days but couldn't get any on to say whether it was business or calender but day 29 for us was Calendar.....

I just got word yesterday that our contract for 100 BCV pts. has made it past ROFR. Yippee! The broker got the letter from Disney on Friday, which just happened to me my birthday. One awesome birthday present for me!

What kind of problems are people having with the closing company? I haven't seem anything about this. I would like to be informed, since I am heading into this phase now.

NOTE HOWEVER:
Pat at the Timeshare Store says that there is a particular, rare court complication with the seller of a property they are currently handling, which is delaying closing by 2 weeks. The property referred to in the above link may or may not be the property, not sure. So I'm not too concerned about our closing and hopefully yours will be fine, too.

I can't add days either. I had to save up personal leave to go in Jan. Next year, after I retire, THEN I can have the luxury of a l-o-n-g stay! Thanks!

Retirement how sweet it sounds. You'll have a blast with the extra points. Yahoo... just Gotta Love the DVC..
