Our local paper just called with an offer to go to auto pay and get a certificate for a 2 night stay at a Mariott hotel. Are there any nice Mariott hotels really close to WDW? If they aren't really nice and really close I might choose the other gift they are offering. Thanks!!

The Courtyard at DTD is now a Holiday Inn. However, there is a Fairfield Inn and I believe another Courtyard across 535 that you might be able to use your coupon at.

Your best bet is to go on www.marriott.com and do a search for Orlando hotels. I believe there is a Residence Inn by DTD

There is a Marriott Village on 535 and I-4 is right there also. Very easy to get to the parks. I have stayed at all 3 and found them all very nice. There is a Spring Hill, Fairfield and Courtyard. You can't go wrong with any of them.

Thanks for all the help! I'll have to check and see if I can use it at Fairfield and the others but it sounds like there are several possibilities. Thanks again!

I've stayed at the Springhill Suites at the Marriott Village twice now. The rates are reasonable, it's a great location!

Probably not included in the offer you have, but the Marriott World Center and the JW Marriott Grande Lakes are abouy 10 minutes from Disney, even closer to Sea World. I am staying at the JW this evening and it is quite nice. Both properties can be pricey but you can find some deals. I am staying at Corporate rate of $129 and because I have platinum status I am in a junior suite with nice view of lake and golf course.

We stayed at the Marriott Orlando World Resort last December, and it was VERY close to WDW - took us all of 10 minutes in the morning to get there, if that. Beautiful hotel, great pool - I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

the MOWC is probably the closest to WDW.

besides the hotel Marriott Orlando World Center

there are 3 timeshares

Marriott royal palms
marriott imperial palms
marriott sabal palms

if you are paying more than the Marriott here
www.condodirect.com

you might reconsider - unless it is a time that you must have!!!
