Mine is not showing a remaining balance. There is no payment info at all.
I wonderif it is because I am on my iPad.
Maybe I'll pull up the computer quick and see if it shows up there.
This is exactly what kept happening to me. Each time I tried going in, whether it was on my IPad or my desktop, I got the same error message staring that there was a problem with the system and I couldn't view my balance. I tried calling Disney's technical folks several times and they just kept telling me they didn't understand why I couldn't view my balance and kept suggesting I just pay off my balance on the phone...it was extremely frustrating. Even now, if I log into my account, I see no pricing information at all on my ressie. I really hate the new website!
