Need Help Prining out Mouskeeping Envelopes

Using the link I found here, I printed out the Mousekeeping envelopes

What I don't like is that the URL and Page 1 of 1 and the date keep printing on the envelope as well.

How can I get only the picture to print?

Usually you are able to avoid this by configuring the "page setup" (Go to the File Menu in your browser, and select "page setup". Then you find the header and footer settings, and erase everything in the fields.
Then try printing again.
