Need help please with personalized name fills

I wanted to make shirts for my guys for our Disney trip but just haven't gotten the time to play around with the program I have to see if I can figure it out myself (22 mo old and 3.5 year old keep me busy).

I wanted to do some name fills to put on the shirts I got for them.

If anyone could help me with these please I would appreciate it greatly.
