Need Help - Planning to Rent Out My BC Points

Hello all,

I am planning on renting out this year's Beach Club Villa points (210 w/April Use Year) and having never done this before, I need some help.

Does anyone have a contract template they use and are willing to share? What is the current going rate? And if I rent to family, what is a good and fair discount for them off the standard?

Any hints, tips, and general advice or step by step instructions you have to help me avoid a costly mistake with my renting is much appreciated. Thanks so much.
