Need help picking a signature restaurant

We can begin making our ADRs for our trip in August on Tuesday for the first time. We have all our ADRs set except for one last signature restaurant. We are staying at the Yacht Club and as of right now we plan to eat at Yachtsman and Le Cellier which are two restraunts we have enjoyed in the past. We also plan to eat one night at Narcoosees. In the past, we have eaten at Citricos and loved the experience but this time since we are staying at Yacht Club we would like to take advantage of that area. Thus, we are trying to decide whether to eat at Flying Fish, Bistro de Paris, or a second night at the Yachtsman. We have never eaten at Flying Fish or Bistro de Paris so we are hoping for a little guidance. Any help is much appreciated.

Flying Fish is awesome!

We've ate the last 2 trips at Yachtmans & then tries Flying Fish last year. We loved it. It is way better than Yachtmans we think.

Just ate at flying fish for the first time on valentines day. It was fantastic! Believe it or not, I'm going to suggest the steak! It's delicious! Also, the mussels are served in a creamy pesto broth, which was also fabulous!
