I, of course, don't know your family, but the one thing I can see being a problem are some of those later ADR's and the 6 year old boy, particularly your HoB ADR on a day when you will be at BB. Water parks can be much more draining than you realize. Will the 6 year old be able to handle that late of an ADR after a water park?

I think your ADR plan is doable, I would work in some slow down time for the kids.
