Need help on a traffic / driving Q to IOA from AKL

Boring topic but appreciate help....

We'll be staying at AKL and plan to leave for IOA around 7:15'sh on weekday for 9 am opening. I assume this means heavy rush hour traffic on I-4 - is that correct? How long will it take? Is there a better route that time of day?

Unless there is a crash or something, there really shouldn't be any problems on that part of I-4. It may start to get a bit more congested as you approach the Universal exit but I almost never see congestion on that part of I-4 at that time of the morning.
