Need Help - Monthly Rental????

Any suggestions on a monthly rental in May 06. Min 1 bdr/ba Kitchen.
May consider SkyAuction and/or Priceline and move around a bit, but hoping to stay put for the month.

We booked two weeks at one of the properties in September 2004, and were very disappointed. The place was dirty, buggy, and definitely not 5 minutes from WDW as advertised (closer to 20 mins). We had requested a crib months in advance, and were not provided with one. He also said there would be a TV in the second bedroom and there was not. Thankfully, we paid with our Visa and we won our dispute (we had video showing that a door to the outside could not be locked and pictures showing dirt, bugs, broken mini blinds and a moldy shower curtain). The owner practically insists you pay with a personal check(and in full) two weeks prior to arriving. He was extremely rude when we requested a refund stating all the problems and the distance discrepancy (he obviously had forgotten that we paid with a credit card and could file a dispute). We left the next day and spent our vacation at the Radisson Parkway.

I would recommend always using your credit card so that you have recourse if the property is misrepresented.
