Tried Atkins, lost about 50+ pounds, but if you cheat even a tad it's bloat city... so I wanted a diet where I could eat the things I missed on Atkins, like fruits and pastas... so I'm trying low-cal. But some of you may remember my last post that it seemed like too little calories so here is my new menu how is this... I need some help.
Breakfast
Yogurt (100 calories)
Kiwi (45 calories)
1/2 Cup Cereal and 1/4 cup skim milk (around 80-90 calories)
Lunch
Tuna Salad on Wheat Bread (200 total calories)
Apple (65 calories)
Dinner
4oz Meat Portion (130-160 calories)
Serving of pasta/rice/etc (100-170 calories)
Veggies (around 30-60 calories)
Snacks
Cucumbers/Tomato Slices (around 30 calories for a good amount)
100 Calories Snack Packs by Nabisco
Yogurt Smoothie (180 Calories)
More Fruit if hungry
So far doing this I feel good, I'm not hungry (although I do crave some, because I have to cook in my job I see all the good fat loaded things...lol), I have yet to cheat (which I did all the time on Atkins) and I'm loving all the fruit I can have.
So, would this be too little, too much, just right, any suggestions?
I'll also be exercising as much as possible, right now I can fit in walking daily, and I'll be swimming every other day laps at the local pool (weather permitting).

Another suggestions I would make is check out either Cooking Light or Light & Tasty for some good recipes that include the nutritional breakdown and that keeps us from getting bored.
