I am soooo NOT a scrapbooker it isn't even funny. But our class at DS's school is putting together a scrapbooking basket for the school raffle. Now I'm only going to spend $X amount, but I would like to make that amount go as far as possible. Since I wouldn't know if this stuff was a good price, an average price, or way overpriced, I need your help!
Where do you buy cheap scrapbooking supplies that are still a fairly good quality? This will end up someone's memories, so I don't want anything that will fall apart. And what are good prices v. inflated prices v. typical price?
Help, help, help!!!!
TIA.

I can bake (<----feeling the need to redeem myself). Anyhow, where do you get coupons for Joanns then? I never see them in the paper?
-- "and this year your classes theme is scrapbooking. Suggested items to send in are acid free paper, stickers, decorative brads & eyelets. But feel free to send in any scrapbooking items". DS has 17 kids in his class, and I planned on spending $10-$15 on our donation. The room mom will then put it all together in a basket. Donations are due to the room mom by Nov. 21.
to all who have helped and may give some more great ideas later. I'm going to buy some in a couple of days, just to make sure I have the best of the best ideas. Good start so far!
