Need help from anyone living in Columbus Ohio!!!!!!

I am in desperate need of help!!!! We had our car broken into on Tuesday night at Carrabbas in Polaris. We were on our way home from our Disney vacation and they stole our Nikon D80 camera, Sony camcorder, and my small Disney bag. What breaks my heart is that there were 7 SD Memory cards that were full of pictures from our trip in the bag with the camcorder!!!!!!!!!!!! I am just ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED and cannot stop crying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED MY PICTURES BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been praying non-stop since this happened. I could care less about my cameras...I just want my beautiful pictures of my 3 children back!!!!!!!!! I am picture-obsessed and they mean everything to me and I will not not stop trying to get them back!!!!!!!

Anyway...we are trying to do everything that we can to look for them. We have offered a reward and have put an ad in the classifieds in the Columbus Dispatch. I just have no clue as to what else we can do. I need help from anyone in the Columbus area. Does anyone know of any other papers, etc. where I can place an ad for lost items??? Is there anything else that I can do??? I just don't know what help is out there for me. I would SOOOOO appreciate any suggestions that anyone has!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'am so sorry this has happen to you! But i would post on craiglist on the columbus ohio in lost and found maybe someone will see it. I hope you find the pictures.

I agree with the Craigslist. I'm in the Columbus area (and I can't think of anything else, but I will do some digging and see what I can come up with).

Wow, I'm shocked this happened in Polaris. That's such a nice area. Then again, that's probably why that happened there.

I'm so sorry that happened. I agree, the camera can be replaced, pics can't.

ETA: http://www.thisweeknews.com/live/content/index.html is a combo of local community papers, I'm not sure if it feeds into the Columbus Dispatch of not, but it's worth checking out.

This happened to a friend of mine - they went on their once in a lifetime trip to WDW this year with their 3 kids. Took 900+ pictures, her DH packed their new digital camera AND camcorder, both were stolen by the luggage handlers. The only picture they went home with was the 1 you get at Akershus. She just wished they had tossed the memory cards into the bag and taken the pricey cameras. Awful. I'm so sorry it happened to you.

Thanks!! I can't seem to focus on anything right now!!!! It just breaks my heart!!!! I had over 3000 pictures from this trip..I used my new speedlight flash this trip and kinda went crazy taking pictures and I had sooooooo many gorgeous pictures this time!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot stop crying!!!! I am soooooo sad!!!!!
