Need help from Animal Kingdom visitors

I am in desperate need of help from all Animal Kingdom visitors. I was there on Thursday and got wonderful pictures upon arrival but after 1/2 hour, my digital camera disk went bad and I lost all the pictures I took. I was so upset and had to buy a disposable camera there for $15. I had an extra disk but unfortunately left it back at the house we were renting. Just my luck...

I am looking for any pictures of the following:

* Animal Kingdom sign from entering park
* Pictures from park enterance (trees, ranforest cafe sign)
* Talking palm tree (not sure of it's name - we met it upon arrival)
* Lion King Show Sign
* Lion King tumblers
* Safari Mickey, Minney, the monkey & raccoon (don't know their names)
* Camp Mickey sign when entering
* Parade (donald duck)

When we left camp mickey's, I was able to buy a camera but didn't have enough money to purchase more so I lost out on some photos I really wanted to get.

I know this sounds like a stupid request, but I want to scrapbook these items for me, my grandmother and my 3-year-old little girl and was so upset that I lost my wonderful photos. I would really APPREICATE ANY help from people who has any good photos of these items.

I didn't want to post this message in the scrapbook area since more people view this thread.

even withhat bad luck I am amazed you even remember what photos it was you had lost. I will check around and see what I have.

I was so upset that I definately remember. It was the first couple of things in the morning.

I was there with my husband a few weeks ago and we take tons of photos. They were mostly digital...

If you would like them I can email them to you...The files are pretty big but I can get my husband to reduse them...We didn't do the parade though...

Thanks to everyone who responded. It was such a joy to come home and see all the responses. We have been traveling home for two days and it was very depressing to me as I would keep thinking about it. My husband kept telling me "at least you have the memories" but when I go to scrapbook that park, I would just think about it again as well as everytime I looked at it knowing I was missing important stuff.

I had a great time and hope everyone else the same for future trips. My daughter had a smile on her face all the time. She was able to get her haircut at the MK barber shop with the princess hair style. So adorable...

How do you paste a pic in the threads from a file saved on your hard disk?

Oh, do I feel for you! Several years ago, I complained that I could not get good shots of the animals at Animal Kingdom because my telephoto lens was so poor. I could hardly make out the gorilla on a grassy hill in one of the pictures. So my husband bought me a new camera and powerful zoom lens for my birthday and promised that we'd go back to Animal Kingdom again.

Well, it took two years, but I got back to Animal Kingdom last summer. First thing in the morning, I set out on the safari with my almost new camera and zoom lens that would allow me to detect cavities in the giraffes' teeth. We got in the jeep and I picked up my camera to get ready for my long-awaited picture fest. At that moment, I realized that my lens was broken. It must have broken that morning because I had used it without incident the night before at Magic Kingdom. My heart just sank into the mud beneath the tires of the jeep.

I ran out and got a disposable camera, but my picture-taking opportunities were missed!

I got a new lens when I got home from vacation and now we're planning on returning to Animal Kingdom next summer. I will carry three cameras with mulitple lenses - just in case.

P.S. I bought a lot of postcards for my scrapbook and indicated that they were replacements for the personal shots. That moment of bad luck is scrapbooked for all of posterity.
