Need help for making t-shirts

My daughter is spending her sweet 16 at WDW and I would love to make shirts for the entire party of 6.

She wants the shirts to say.

Celebrating Michelle's Sweet 16

At Walt Disney World 2010

with some logo in the middle.....

I have never done shirts before with transfers...can someone tell me how to do this? we are leaving 6/29 so little time....yikes

I'm going to leave this up to someone more experienced to walk you thru the process i'm sorry wife does computer end of this for me . but it should not take more then one day to accomplish . hope this gives you an idea on how long it takes

Wow those are beautiful, I will let her look at them. I don't see the instructions, sorry I am new at this. How would I put these on a shirt?
