Hi,
we are going to be in orlando from 6th to 19th of dec, and wondered when during that time the crowds would start to get bigger. I heard its not too crowded early dec but how early!!
Is it a good idea for us to rush through everything in the first week and take it easier the 2nd week when its likely to be busier.
also does anyone have any idea how much a taxi would be from magic kingdom to int drive after a mickeys xmas party night.
would be very gratefull for any help as its my little boys first trip (4yrs old) and i want to make it as magical as possible.
many thanks

Well, we are going to be there Dec 5 - 10 and from what I read so far it is a less busy time, but the closer you get to Christmas the crazier it gets. Also, I heard that this is the weekend with the Pop Warner kids. I heard mixed reviews as to how much more crowded it would be, but I am happy I am not staying at a value resort. Moderate for 2 nights and delux for 3.

Good luck

Well, I-Drive is a looong road, so it depends on where you are staying there, but I'm guessing a taxi will be in the region $35-$40. I used to hop on a bus to Downtown Disney and picked up a Taxi from there to save a bit of money (however, that was just 2 adults, no tired 4 year olds in tow :) ) and it would cost about $22 (inc tip) to Sand Lake Road which is about half way up I-Drive.

Who are the pop warner kids, and what does this mean? I.E. Crowds, events, etc.

Thanks

I took a Taxi last month from P Orleann to I Drive and it cost $ 40,00
