Need help for a daddy's birthday please!

My poor husband has been working 7 am to 10 pm M-F since January and is expected to continue this way until July. Thus, the only time he sees his 1 year old DS is in the am for a few minutes and then after DS is already in bed at night. Dh's bday is next wednesday and I got permission to bring DS and a cake to work to surprise DH so he can see DS at least for a little while on his birthday.

I would like to have DS wearing a shirt that says "Happy Birthday Papa, I love you!" and a father/son disney character on it, hugging or something - like Simba and his dad or anything like that.

Could someone help me with the design? Thanks so much!
