Need help finding a suite at a GN motel

I want a 2BR suite WITH an additional sitting room. I've booked a view suite at the Carousel Inn because its makeup is exactly what I need, but it has gotten several negative reviews (lots of noise). Is there another good neighbor motel within walking distance that has offers a similar setup as the view suite (2 bedrooms plus a separate sitting space)?

Have you checked out the Desert Palm Inn and sweets? My DH and I stayed there once and it was very enjoyable. I think it was considered a Good Neighbor and is within 2 miles walking distance.

We just booked an impromptu trip for the end of Aug. at the Residence Inn Anaheim Resort. I did a lot of research last week online and found this GN hotel and it had lots of good reviews. It's probably not within walking distance since it's about a mile from DL but it is on the ART Shuttle service. We got a 2 Bdrm/2 Bath Suite with a kitchen and living room area. You might try looking them up or PM me and I can give you their web address.

We just got back from the Residence Inn Maingate...see www.tripadvisor.com for rating. Had the standard penthouse suite. Very quiet, more room than we needed. Free grocery shopping available by hotel staff(used 3 times), busy pool, nice gift shop and accessory bar, ART stops out in front, 15-20 minute walk to maingate, very couteous staff, excellent breakfast(eggs, sausage, bisc and gravy, rolls juice , milk, etc). All in all a very nice place.
We are rebooking for June 2006.

We have stayed at the Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites. It's right across the street and it is very reasonable. They have many different room options. I dont think that they are a good neighbor hotel though.

Definately check out the Residence Inn Anaheim! We stayed there in a two bedroom, 2 bath and loved it!
