Need help finding a gift for sister's boyfriend

Last Christmas my sister's boyfriend caught me off guard with a nice, thoughtful Christmas gift. I would like to give him a thoughtful gift this year, but I just can't think of one! He is 48, likes to boat and fish, likes the outdoors, and takes very good care of his car(s). I do not want to give a giftcard if possible. I did ask my sister for ideas but she hasn't given me any.
Any ideas? I'd like to spend no more than $50.

Thank You, Mystery Machine! This will make a great stocking stuffer for DH. I'm almost positive it's a tool he doesn't have and I think he'll love it.
