need help finding a funny story that was passed around e-mail

there was a really funny story that was passed around e-mails a while ago. about a man in his middle age who started working out at a gym and had a really cute 20 year old trainer. In a nutshell, he starts out all gung ho, talking about how pretty she is and how hard he's working, and by the end of the week he's sore and refers to her as evil or something like that. Does this ring a bell? I know this is a shot in the dark but I'm wondering if anyone has a copy of it.
