Sounds like a scam to harvest information. Your guaranteed cash prize could be as high as $2500 but more likely will be only a few ¢s. I'd send it to the trash can.

I'd trash it too. It sounds like they're trying to get e-mail addresses to add to their mailing list. If you click that link, it will probably automatically sign you up.

But, then again... maybe you'll win!
