There is a boat that goes from the Wilderness Lodge to the Contemporary. Look for the blue flag as opposed to the red flag.
From the Wilderness Lodge FAQ: The Blue Flag Resort Boats Run continuously between the three resorts (Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary Resort and Ft. Wilderness Campground) there are at lest two of these smaller boats that run clockwise around Bay Lake. Always check with the boat Captain as to which resort the boat will be headed for next, this will save you some time by not riding to say Ft. Wilderness if you want the Contemporary. The operating hours are 6:45am-11:30pm.
Taking the boat might be cutting it close, because I believe it takes about 20 mins. by the time they fill the boat with passengers & get across Bay Lake.
You could take the bus to the MK which should start running at appx. 6:30 & walk. I would say take the monorail from there, but I don't believe they start running till around 7am. It's not that far to walk from the bus stop at MK & there is a nice walkway. Again it might be cutting close. I am assuming you won't have a car, so you could take a taxi or try changing the time to a bit later.
One of our favorites in Epcot is Teppan Edo. We all like the atmosphere, the show the chefs put on & the food is really delicious. My DH also likes San Angel Inn for Mexican, I like Nine Dragons in China & our kids really like Coral Reef in the Living Seas. Coral Reef is really great for the kids because of the giant aquarium & they get a little guide to check off the fish as they see them & there are usually divers down in the tank. The food gets mixed reviews.
