Need Help. Daughters backpack left at DVC

Hi

We checked out of Grand Floridian Villas on Feb 27th.
When the Uber came bell service brought out our luggage and off we went. They called us the next day and asked if we were missing a child’s backpack, which we were (we thought we left it in the Uber).
They said they would mail it to us (it has my daughters lap top in it as well as other sentimental items)…great…except it has never come?
There are no numbers to call?
I sent an email to WDW and nothing from that as well.

Any other ideas?

That thing worked wonders for me twice last year! Disney definitely monitors it.

Yeah, I’ve had great experiences twice with that link. One of those was after Covid reopening and it took awhile to respond (I assumed short staffed like everywhere) - but they eventually got back to me. Good luck OP.
