We are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary during our June trip. The night of our anniversary we would like to go out to a special dinner.
We are staying at the Dolphin and we do have a 6 yr old (but we are considering using a kids program (if he will do it) for a couple of hours while we go eat.)

We thought about going into Epcot to eat but TGM said no MK or EPCOT that day. If ds is with us it would be hard to go into a park and not do rides! TGM recs MGM but we don't want to eat there!

So that leaves us less options - we have been to WDW many times but never done a "night out" so we are a bit leery of leaving our ds behind.

I was think maybe Shula's or Yachtsman for a nice steak dinner. dh is less adventurous than I am so I don't think CG or V&A would be up his ally. Although I am more of a foodie than he is - we both enjoy a good steak - and he is not a goat cheese and pate kind of guy. He loves good food and wine - just not too daring when it comes to trying new things. Give him a good filet, lobster and baked potato and he is a happy man!

Any thoughts about those locations for a nice dinner? dh asked me how Yachtsman and Shulas compare to Le Cellier (it's one of our favorites.)

Any other suggestions or recommendations?

Thanks!

We are going for our 15th anniversary as well! Congrats to you! We are going to Le Cellier for our anniversary:)

What about Jiko? It is one of the places we are going for our aniversery dinners (we have three because we can ;) ). It servers steak which is supose to be amazing, has a great wine list, is a signature dining restaraunt and also has a couple more interesting dishes for those who want to try something slightly different. It gets good marks here and in all the guide books as well, plus if you do bring your son, if you get there early you can go animal watching.

Yachtsman is an excellent choice. DH and I spent our date night there last month ... we had a wonderful evening. Great food and service.

Another of our favorites is Citrico's at GF. It's very romantic and has excellent food.

How about Artist Point at WL? Great restaurant and they have good meals for kids, too.
