Need help chosing dining times!

Hi everyone,

I am planning our December trip to WDW and thinking about ADRs. Here are the restaurants and times chosen. Opinions, please!

Garden Grill 11:00am
SciFi 11:00am
Princess at Norway 11:40am
Donald's at AK 10:30am

Also, I want to eat at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella for dinner. They are open from 4:30 to 8:20- what time should I choose? I want to eat AFTER the crowds have gone. That is the day that we are spending at Downtown Disney so I don't want to eat too early.

And, what time for lunch at CRT? They are open from noon until 3pm. Again, I want to avoid the crowds. I'd like to choose noon but I'm afraid that would be the peak time!

Last question----what are the dining times for the Fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melrose? I can't seem to find that anywhere. Fantasmic will be at 7pm the night we have chosen.

We are also going to Disney the first week of December. I know what restaurants we are going to and if it's for lunch or dinner, but I can't decide the times until the parks hours and parade/fireworks times come out. We don't want to miss any of the parades or fireworks. Also, I can't decide what days to do each meal until I can decide which park we are going to.
I'm really glad Disney started posting hours 6 months ahead, that will really help. Now I just have to wait until June for the hours.

I almost always get the earliest time possible for lunches and dinners. I had lunch at CRT at noon last year and it was fine.
