Need help..can't remember..concerning pins and film!

Flying out Wed. am...packing now...can't remember if I should pack my new film in my carryon or my checked luggage...can someone help me out.....please! Before Tues. at 5 when I head to Boston.
And what about the used film on the return?

Also what about my Disney pins...can they go in my carryon or should I check them?
