Need help...canceled my booking...going in 3 weeks!!!!!

So lets just say I am extremely picky...had booked at regal palms then the more I read about it I decided its not for us...waterpark is not as big as it looks in pics and I dont want to be so far from it all...and many sketchy reviews so I forfeited my $200 deposit..not too much of a biggie for me to be comfortable....my neighbor is a owner at orange lake so I called and can get the last 4 nights of my trip there for 199! I stayed there before and liked it so so far that sounds good...also called the fountains and can get a whole week there for 750...which would u pick?? And also If i go with orange lake I need somewhere for the first 3 days, the parks we are going to are seawrold, aquatica, and disney so I want something close and local to theme parks....any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Btw its me dh, ds 15, ds 12, dd8. dd5
