Need help border 3D in PhotoImpact please.

Sorry new to this PhotoImact software...I'm trying to figure our how to 3D a border that I've put around a name. I know how to do the letters and frames, just can't figure out how to do the borders.

Your help will much appreciated

Hi there! Give me a day or two to find my notes on how to do this. I do remember that I had to do two versions of the name: one in outline text and one in regular (filled in) text.
