Need Help....Before/After Thanksgiving 2008

I am in need of some help. We are planing our next trip to Disney and can't decided if it is better to go before or after thanksgiving. Here are some of our ideas. 11/20/08 - 12/1/08, 11/26/08 -12/7/08. We are usally september/october visitors, but since we have relocated to the desert(AZ) we need to add 2 additonal days just for travel time and don't want to pull the kids out of school for 12 days. How are the crowds. We will be taking our little one for the first time and really need to see everything. Our other option is May/June 2008, the kids get out of school 5/22. My only concerns are Star Wars Weekend/ Gay Days/ Grad Nites - How are the crowds at this time.

My vote is the week AFTER T-day for the smallest crowds.
