Need Help Annual Passholder Costco 4 Day deal

Costcos got some 4 day passes for 259 bucks
if I already OWN a Cal select and I use the days on a block out day
On the 4th day can I Upgrade to a Premium Annual Passport with the 4 day park hopper and my current So Cal Select Annual Pass?

I have a feeling I need to call Dland for this answer... but Ill ask here anyways

Just in case anyones wondering WHY Id care to know this... its because Costco is giving away 50 dollar gift cards with the 4 day park hopper.

I am taking a vacation the 23rd 24th 25th and I have reservations at Carthay Circle On NYE13. So @ 70 bucks a pop (Exemption passes) Thats gonna get costly.
I know I can just upgrade to a Premium right out. But I know if I bought this park hopper Id get a free 50 buck gift card *(who doesnt want to save money right?!)

I would say you will not be able to do that. They only allow you to upgrade one ticket, not combine the value of two different tickets to make a more expensive ticket.

The best you can probably do is save the Costco ticket for when you want to buy a new pass and upgrade it then.

Otherwise, I think you are out of luck.

This is correct, unless you get some massive pixie dust at the time of upgrade. But you cannot ever rely on pixie dust. Since Disneyland tickets DO expire, unlike most WDW tickets, it's almost certainly not worth it to try.
