Need help again

Thought I was being cool and knew what I was doing...BUT..I don't. I tried to get the Disney clip art that I had where my sig is off and add a clipart of my daughters ( a thumbnail pic)--I thought I did it all right but now all my clipart is gone to include my mickey ears!!! I don't want the Disney clip but just the mickey ears and the pic of the kids--can someone kindly help me out! Thanks
