Need Help Adding AP to MDE

Going to Disney World to visit my cousin. He has an AP, I have a one day park ticket already attached to my MDE. We each have park reservations for HS. We both plan to purchase Genie Plus for that one day. I want to add him to my MDE because I will be handling LL reservations. In the past I had my kids and their tickets and passes on my MDE. Is the process the same to add my cousin to my MDE? Is it different because he is an AP holder?

Since he HAS an AP and reservations I will assume he has an MDE already set up that it is on. In that case you become Friends & Family and you will be able to see each other's tickets and book Genie+ together. His ticket will not be ON your MDE but you'll be able to see it.
