Need group reservations phone number

Hi there... I need to get a copy of the list of reservations that have been made for our wedding so far. We are in a bind and have to cut 25 people from our guest list due to the BEO estimate that came back! ARGH!!! I don't want to cut people who already made a reservation. My SM had told me I could call group reservations and get the Alpha list for the wedding... can anyone help me?

Thanks guys... we'll find a way to make it work somehow... I hope... we've been making a BUNCH of changes to our BEO to try and drop the price also.

look at your floral that seemed to be a high $ for us & we cut it in 1/2. another was we dropped the character visit, my husband couldnt stomach $700 for 30 mins & it wasnt even missed the whole day was so amazing, beautiful & magical. at the reception we dropped the champagne & used wine that was already on our tables this saved us a couple hundred too.

id be careful cutting people who you have already been invited this can look really bad & in poor taste. they might end up not coming anyway but id look at changes to your beo details first.

Thanks twojo... that's what we are trying to do... but the people we would be cutting are friends/acquaintances that we weren't sure about inviting... yes, it would still be in bad taste, but they are also people who know how we've been struggling... we will have a party at our house when we come back to celebrate with all of them. Our floral is coming mostly from an outside vendor... we cut out the upgraded chairs, so that's $500 and we are thinking of not decorating SBP at all... it's so beautiful anyway, I dont' think anyone would miss the decorations...

We are going to have everyone toast with whatever is in their hands - no special drinks. We changed from an open bar to beer, wine and soda. We cut out a few appetizers. We also cut out the lanterns on the tables at the dessert party (that was my DF's idea... but they look so great in France... - not for $20 each...) and going with votives instead.

We will have our new BEO on Monday as well as a list of guests who have made reservations already. Should be an interesting beginning to the week.
