I don;t think she did for the money, she knew from the beginning that she wouldn't get the money as it is a homeowner financing through someone else. this other owns the house and was owner financing it to my brother in his name only not SIL b/c SIL left my brother at this time and went to TX for a few months. I think she did it to get sympathy from the court but it didn't work. OF course this is my opinion. this whole thing is sick. I don;t know if we will ever know if she did or not but my brother is very convinced she did it. But if she does end up going to jail over what she did before this then I think they need to leave it alone and let her just do her time and let her fade away.

I'm not as convinced as my brother but he is very sure she did it. I tend to wait for prove before I make my final conclusion.

Wait wait..has your brother went to the cops about this? Also, according to you, someone tried to burn down the house with your brother's children in it and you are going to "wait to prove before I make my final conclusion", for something like that I would definately be at the police station so fast, forget waiting for the fire statement! The fact that you keep stating assumptions without actually going to the authorities is really weird. How about instead of creating tabloid-like threads, YOU could change those children's lives instead of reaping sympathy for yourself.

Yes he and my parents talked to the authorities when they got there. and I agree my brother is just as guilty b/c he didn't do anything about this before now. I and all my family told him he needed to take care of this long ago. I already said once that they did tell them what they thought when they got there. did you not read? sorry just that I'm supper sensitive about this b/c we have done everything we can at this point. But we can't make my brother do anything he doesn't want to. Which why I have not made any excesses for him.

And what about you? Have you, yourself, cheermom1 go to the cops? It isn't about your SIL nor your brother but those kids and getting them away from that crap. You seem to know an awful lot about the fire situation so why not go to the cops yourself?
