Need good shelf/storage ideas for the popup.

Even though our popup is a good size, we need ideas to make portable shelves and storage areas so the counters don't get all cluttered. Anyone here have good solutions they use?

Not really an idea just for popups (only had one years ago a short time), but I have an idea that we've used a lot over the years.

Have a rolling plastic storage unit with 3 drawers that I place into a perfect 'nook' in our MH that can take all sorts of odds and ends that otherwise would 'clutter'. Seems like in a popup you could have it sitting on bed during the day out of the way - then at night sit it on the floor (could even take the castors off).

Seems you could use more than one if needed.

Thanks Bama Ed! I was looking around online earlier and found a few options that look like they would work in our Fleetwood. Several of them utilized the tension-style shower rods to make uprights and then standard metal backets and the wire shelving. I'm going to have to put together a supply list and figure out what works best for our camper.

It was really evident this morning how quickly the counters get too crowded. It was too windy to use the stove outdoors, so everyone was inside wanting something different for breakfast - between pans on the stove, the toaster, etc. there wasn't even room to put your plate down to load it up!

We had a 3 shelf unit. It was a sturdy plastic, but we could take it apart (shelves and round posts that connected). From Menard's maybe?

DH fabricated the kind of shelving that you read about using e tension rods. We have them in two spots in our pup. One is over the sink and stove and has two 3' wire shelves. The other is over a storage area and has two 18" shelves. It takes DH about 10 min to set them up since the brackets stay attached to the poles after they are taken down.
