Need good hotel near park with GOOD COFFEE!!!

~ This is a second attempt at posting this...the original post didn't have a good subject line ~

I'm seeking a hotel near Disneyland that has the following:

* Clean rooms, need not be too BIG, but clean and good quality.
* Nice view of either Disneyland or a pool/garden area.
* Short driving or walking distance to Disneyland (not necessary to be "walking" close. Driving to the park is ok for us.)
* Good pool. With nice landscaping.
* Good cafe (Starbucks?) that serves GOOD non-drip coffee.
* Doesn't need to be "kid friendly" or "family focused". Business like is ok, since we're all adults on this trip.

Starbucks = Marriott and Hyatt Regency Orange County.

Good coffee is difficult to find on-property, but the Hagen Daz in Downtown Disney has a full complement of espresso drinks.

Hilton and Hyatt could fit the bill. They Hilton is across Katella from DCA and some view rooms are available. The Marriott Starbucks is a step across the street.

The Hyatt has no real view of DLR, but the views are good and include Edison International Field, Crystal Cathedral, and the foothills. You can get it on the cheap through Priceline. Cheap suite upgrades (even on Priceline reservations) can be had with the two magic works "Gold Passoport" which is their frequent stayer program. Not a walking hotel, but good shuttle service or short drive.

We just stayed at the hyatt Friday night and thought it was great -- note add to your priceline rate $11 parking/$14 valet (OUCH!). Having Starbuck's downstairs was worth it though. We usually stay walking distance but you can't get a good cup of coffee anywhere. La Brea Bakery has good coffee right next to the parks at Downtown Disney.
