Need Good Carry-On Suggestions(Not planning on checking in luggage)

Aloha!

We're planning our 3rd trip to WDW and each trip we go on we vow to pack lighter!! We usually pack 2 big hardside Samsonite suitcases for our family of 6 and we each end up carrying 2 medium sized carryons. I still feel that this is too much baggage, especially when we are walking through the airports and the kids are struggling with their carry-on bags. We just came back from our weekend trip to DL and only took carry-ons. It was so much easier to not have to check in/pick up any luggage. So, I'm looking for good, sturdy rolling carry-ons to pack ALL our stuff for our 8 night stay at WDW in November (we plan to do laundry at least once). We plan to either send a box up of essentials (toiletries, etc.) or have groceries,etc. delivered to our rooms. So basically it will be just for our clothes. Any good suggestions would be gladly welcomed!! Thanks in advance.

There are several brands favored by business travellers, but if you are buying for a family I wouldn't bother with anything that high-priced unless you plan for them to last for YEARS (as in a lifetime with a brand such as Tumi.)

What I would suggest is to not go any larger than 20" long if they are meant for carryon. A rolling-duffel style should be OK and affordable for your kids. The grownups may prefer more traditional rectangular cases. Target and Costco have nice cases for the occasional traveller. Good deals also are usually available at TJMaxx, Marshall's, Tuesday Morning, and Sym's.

Make sure that whatever you pick has recessed inline-skate-type wheels and a handle that is long enough to be comfortable.
