We've been having a heck of a time sending and receiving e-mails. It all started back on Tuesday, November 6th. We didn't do anything about it until Thursday, because it came back up every now and then (that's the weird part!)
I finally called Tech support (once yesterday, and so far 3 times today,) each one had us do something a little different than the other. We restart, and everything is great again.
We come back a few hours later, and we're back to the same problem all over again!
This is the error we're getting:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'postoffice.worldnet.att.net', Server: 'postoffice.worldnet.att.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
If anyone out there has a clue, please, PLEASE fill us in because OBVIOUSLY, nobody at Customer Support w/AT&T can help fix the problem so that it stays fixed!
