Need EXCEL 2007 Help

When I print out an excel worksheet, there are too many pages with nothing on them. I could figure out with the old excel program, but can not with the 2007 version.

I want to be able to print only what I need printed out, not the excess blank pages.

Can anyone help??

Select the area of the worksheet to be printed. (Only the area you want to
print).

Select the Page Layout ribbon tab.

In the Page Setup block select Print Area.

Select Set Print Area from the drop down.

In addition to what the previous poster put, I always grab the little tiny arrow to the right in that same box so I can select page layout as well. Then, I make it one page wide. You can do print preview from there as well. I did NOT like this new Excel at first but I am beginning to get used to it and like it. Power Point, on the other hand, drives me nutty still.
