Need Entertainment Coupon Book for Sacramento

It is sold out, according to the Entertainment website. Any ideas on where I can find one still available? I checked e-bay but none for sacramento currently listed.

Might be able to clip some equal to entertainment, so let me know the whole story. We would not sell the book, but would get you what you need as best we can for free.
