Need encouragement!

I just started here. I have been losing weight since January though. I have a goal of 50lbs by Sept and I have lost 34lbs. The past week though I have been up to my old snacking habits!! I snack while the kids are napping and twice this week in the evening! That was one of the first habits I changed and it is creeping back!! Help! I really want to reach my goal and keep it off!!
 
Grab an apple, grab an apple, grab an apple. When you find that you want to snack grab something healthy athough they have calories they are healthy calories. I had a cold piece of pizza in my hand and it was in my mouth. I almost took a bite when I turned around and saw the garbage I took it out of my mouth and threw it away. I went in the bottom of the fridge and grabbed a apple. It is my life. Always keep a bag in the fridge. You can do this. If I can then you can. keep up the great work. :grouphug:
