I just started here. I have been losing weight since January though. I have a goal of 50lbs by Sept and I have lost 34lbs. The past week though I have been up to my old snacking habits!! I snack while the kids are napping and twice this week in the evening! That was one of the first habits I changed and it is creeping back!! Help! I really want to reach my goal and keep it off!!
