Hi:

Does anyone have an email for guest relations/customer service........where you could make them aware of special occasions etc???

bump.

I would like to have a card delivered and a birthday button for someone in my family.

I don't have a phone number or e-mail, but usually if you wnat to let them know about a special occassion, you let the CM know when you make your reservations.

As far as having a card/buttons sent to someone, I don't think they do that. You can request a button at the check in desk, or at guest relations at any of the 4 parks and they will give you a button. If you send a card from home, you can send it to the resort and they will let the guest it is at the front desk.

You could have something delivered from Disneyflorist.com. :flower3:
Make sure they pick up a birthday badge at whatever park they go to that day. :cheer2:

I've always just mentioned my DDs birthday to the CM when we make our reservation. Her birthday happens to fall right around the free dining time, so lucky her, she's about to have her 3rd WDW birthday in a row. When we checked in the last 2 years, they ask who her favorite character is and then one random day during our trip we come back to the room to find balloons and a card with an autographed picture of a character. Sometimes it is the favorite, sometimes not. This happened with my other DD too last year for her birthday. The buttons you just pick up at Guest Relations at any park or City Hall in the MK, sometimes they have them at the turnstiles.

This is what we were told when we called recently too. :)
